We recommend all customers read our FOAM FACTS page and if you are purchasing foam to fit into existing cushion covers read our SOFA CUSHION page.

 

Purchasing foam cut to size is expensive and there are several options to consider and choices to make. We want you to get it right first time. We have developed three routes through the process:

1)      For those who know our products and wish to place an order quickly, use the  FOAM by TYPE route.

2)      For purchasing foam to fit existing covers, follow the guidelines on the SOFA CUSHION page

3)      For recommendations on the different types of foams available for the various uses, select FOAM by USAGE.

When you get to the final product pages on which you’ll enter measurements etc., make sure you click the       i     information buttons for information on each particular option.

 

You can process your order by several methods:

1)      “SECURE PAYPAL” - Process the order details on line and select the above payment option at checkout. Major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers and funds from a Paypal balance can be used for payment. Just follow the Paypal instructions. On completion you will receive an automatically generated email copy of the order with a Customer/Shopper ID. Your order will be processed by us on receipt of payment details from PayPal.

 

2)      “CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION BY TELEPHONE” - Process the order details on line and select the above payment option at checkout. You will receive an automatically generated email copy of the order with a Customer/Shopper ID. Following receipt of this, please telephone 01434 322681 between 0900 and 1700 Tuesday to Thursday with the following information to hand:

Customer/Shopper ID, Card number, Expiry date, Issue number (some UK Maestro or Solo cards), Start date, Card Security Code.

We accept the following cards:

Visa Credit, Debit & Electron, Mastercard, Switch (UK Maestro), Solo, Maestro and JCB.

Your order will not be processed until you telephone with the card details.

3)       “CHEQUE BY POST” – Process the order details on line and select the above payment option at checkout. You will receive an automatically generated email copy of the order with a Customer/Shopper ID. Print a copy of the e mail and send it, with a cheque, to Classic Uph. & Foam, Unit DC72, West End Ind. Estate, Haltwhistle, Northumberland, NE49 9HA. Cheques, made payable to Classic Uph. & Foam, will be cleared before the order is processed.

 

4)      TRADE CUSTOMERS – Process the order details online, at checkout, select “Non Standard” for the delivery method and “TRADE ACCOUNT” for the payment method, then “PURCHASE”.  You will be invoiced at the trade prices that we have agreed with you, not the Retail Price shown at Check Out.   Delivery will also be as we’ve agreed, unless you instruct differently for a specific order.
